Impressive Villa from the 19th century recently restored by one of the finest designer teams in Colombia. Our base minimum rate is for 10 or less guests. After 10 guests we have a rate of $65 usd per additional guest per night. We have 5 bedrooms, 4 of them with a queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed + a double size bed. Walking distance we are 3 blocks from the Muelle de los Pegasus (Marina-Dock), 4 blocks from the Clock Tower and 3 blocks from the Church and Plaza de la Media Luna in Getsemani. - - - - - - - - - ABOUT OUTSIDE GUESTS AND CHECK IN-OUT - Outside guests are allowed to be at the villa during the day and night until 5 am. We have a very flexible limit for the number of outside guests that you can invite. The number of guests described in the reservation can sleep without change in price. If there are less than 10 guests, they can sleep up to 10 without change in price. We have a price per additional guest (that sleeps at the villa) per night after 10 guests. Please enter the total number of guests who will sleep in the house so that the system calculates the value per night according to the size of the group. -Minors (less than 18 years old) are only allowed to enter the villa accompanied all the time with their respective parents. -Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is at 11 am. Normally when we have the flexibility we always help with a late check out at 1 pm if the night at check out is not booked. One huge favor is to deliver the bedrooms to the cleaning lady at 11 am so she can start organizing. We keep our guests updated if the night at check out gets booked.
