"Chez Patrick et Odile" Gîte

Old renovated hotel restaurant, located in the heart of the Vosges plain for 14 people. 12-room, 325 m2 house to accommodate families or groups of friends. These large living spaces will allow you to share pleasant moments indoors and outdoors (swimming pool, petanque, pool table, table football). Visit the Saint Martin Valley and the surrounding forests, spa towns and Lake Bouzey. Ideal place summer and winter, ski resorts are 1 hr 15 min away. The space The house is large, it is ideal for spending time with family or friends. Large living spaces are available inside and out. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 with a shower. The house is over 325 m², the cleaning fee in the rate corresponds to the supply of sheets and towels during your stay. A guide to house maintenance and cleaning will be given to you on arrival. If you don't want to do the cleaning, a package is possible by paying €150 upon arrival. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy . The land is large and landscaped, it is to be shared with our family. Other things to note Fire extinguishers: Use of fire extinguishers only in case of fire (any unjustified use will be charged at the rate of a new replacement of the latter). Equipment available: Several amenities are at your disposal, such as billiards, foosball, the arcade arcade, darts, stereo, etc. Please take care of them, return them in the same condition and report any malfunctions to us. Cleaning: The cleaning fee in the rate corresponds to the supply of linens and towels during your stay. A guide to house maintenance and cleaning will be given to you upon arrival. If you don't want to do the cleaning, a package is possible by paying €150 on arrival (as a reminder the cottage is 350 m²). If not, a deposit cheque of €150 will be required. This will be returned to you if the listing is returned to its original condition, otherwise it will be cashed. Household garbage: Garbage cans are available for sorting. Please place them on your departure in the containers located in the center of the village (map attached). Household household waste is to be put in the bin outside the house. Furniture: Put the furniture back in place, where you found it. Photos in the rental guide will allow you to find the location of each item. Dishes and equipment at your disposal: Store all used equipment in its original location. To make this easier, labels indicate the location of objects and the number. Report any breakage or damaged object to us, this may be invoiced (example: glass, plate €2…). Towels and bed linen: Towels and bedding must be removed and folded on the bed used upon checkout. You'll be charged for anything missing. Grounds: The land and facilities (swings, trampoline, etc.) are shared with our house, they are at your disposal, however they are to be shared and respected. Fires or damage to the grounds are prohibited. BBQ: A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. Please clean it properly after each use. You'll be charged for anything missing. Terraces: Two terraces are at your disposal. Thank you for taking care of the furniture and layout. You'll be charged for anything missing. Pool: For safety reasons, the outdoor ladder must be removed when no one is swimming. Children are under adult supervision. No drinking, eating or smoking in the pool. It is forbidden to climb on the edge of the pool (on the coping stones) whether sitting or standing. Diving is prohibited. The indoor ladder should not be used as a diving board. Pool maintenance is carried out by us, filtration and heat pump must not be altered.
