Holiday home in Marsiliana

The house in the countryside is an apartment of about 70 square meters, newly renovated. Ample outdoor space, parking. Located in a central point, in a short time you can reach the sea of Argentario, Ansedonia, Talamone, the Terme di Saturnia, and enchanting villages such as Manciano, Montemerano, Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano with its Filetta thermal baths. A few km away you can reach the Orbetello and Grosseto train station. The Maremma is a land rich in history, but also in vineyards and excellent wines. The space The apartment on the first floor is divided as follows: the kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, espresso machine with capsules supplied, a nice table for six. Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment has been recently renovated, furnished in a modern style, with attention to detail. The house has a private entrance with a garden, where you can leave your car. About 2 km away is the village of Marsiliana where you can find all the basic necessities, pharmacy, supermarket, newsstand, bank, bars, restaurants such as La Terrazza, Petronio, a takeaway pizzeria "Il Gingillacchero" and a Braceria. Guest access A rustic garden with a gate surrounds the house, fenced for now with a reed fence, some fruit trees. In the shade of the trees, there is a table and a barbecue to use for a nice meal in the evening after a day at the beach or after a trip to our Maremma. Other things to note Check-in for the apartment is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. For special cases, we can make arrangements. I will personally hand over the house, in case I am unable to do so, I will have a safety deposit box where I will leave the keys, but we can talk for any questions.
