Our main street retreat is a recently constructed 1-bed, 1-bath apartment in a mixed-use building. We sleep 4 guests comfortably. There is a king bed in a private bedroom and a queen pullout in the living area. There's a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and fireplace. Walk to Midway’s charming restaurants and shops, while a brief 5-minute drive leads to Heber. Within 30 minutes, you can ski at Park City, Deer Valley and Sundance resorts. The space This apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-unit building on Midway Main Street. Due to our location, you may hear noise from the street, commercial activity (like garbage trucks and winter snow plows) and the occasional sound from a neighbor in the building. We're Midway locals who live down the street and love our location, but just a heads up we're in the more active part of our small town :) Sleeping arrangements The main bedroom is located in the back of the apartment with an east-facing window. The room has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second bed is located in the living space via the pull out mattress in the sofa. It is a queen size. Bedding is in closet to the right of the TV. A pack-n-play is available upon request — just let us know before you arrive! Bathroom The single bathroom in the apartment has a shower/bath combo. The bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and other complimentary toiletries. Kitchen The full kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. There's a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, pans, utensils, electric kettle and a Keurig coffee machine with pods. We also have spices and olive oil above the oven. Laundry Our place has an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. We also have an iron and ironing board. Other amenities - Fast wifi for remote work, zoom calls, etc. - Self check-in via door keypad - Gas fireplace - White noise machine - Games - Reading material - Tourist information and maps - Complimentary hand warmers for hitting the slopes Guest access The apartment front door faces the parking lot and requires no stairs for access. Self check-in is available via door keypad. Free, uncovered parking makes up the courtyward. Other things to note We're lifelong (and former full-time) travelers that are eager to give you a great experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with questions or requests! We hope you've found your perfect place, but our unit may not be the right choice for you if: - You don't want to be on the bottom floor - book our 2nd floor listing instead! - You need covered or garage parking for your vehicle - You don't want to hear the occasional sound (steps, laundry unit, pets, etc.) from neighbors in a multi-unit building - You're bothered by street noise, commercial activity and garbage trucks/snow plows that service our building parking lot
