Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. This 2,000+ Sq/Ft cottage is just a short 0.1 mile walk to Lake Hayward where you will enjoy beach access, basketball, tennis, & pickleball. Only a 30 minute drive to Mohegan Sun Casino. This home has 1 King-Size bed with a sitting area, 1 Queen-Size bed, 2 sets of Bunkbeds, 3 Living Rooms (main floor, upstairs, & basement), game room, 5 Smart-TVs with cable, Wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a serene outdoor space with a fire pit. Other things to note Lake Hayward is a unique lake community, comprised of year-long and seasonal properties in which all residents vote on rules to be followed using the lake. Not following any of the below rules will result in immediate termination of your stay. 1. No fishing is allowed from any of the beaches 2. The boats & kayaks located at the beaches are PRIVATE PROPERTY...please do not use. 3. No personal boats or vehicles are allowed from renters on the lake. 4. The lake does not allow motorboats with gasoline engines 5. Use of the pavilion for non-Association sponsored events is prohibited. (ex: No parties or events from renters is authorized) 6. Feeding of ducks, geese or other waterfowl is prohibited 7. Entering the lake by infants not wearing swimming approved diapers is prohibited. Personal items cannot be left on the beach overnight. Bathing in the nude and using soap in the beach areas is prohibited. 8. The dumping of any material on the lakeshore or beaches is not permitted. 9. The depositing of any cigarette butts, paper, bottles, cans or other debris in any beach, parking area, or athletic areas, except in rubbish containers provided is prohibited. Diapers are not to be left in rubbish containers. Glass containers are prohibited on any Association Property.
