Beautiful 2 bedroom maisonette in Pernera area in Protaras with an extra attic style bedroom, offering outdoor dining in the garden and a patio. Also has inside comfortable living space and dining area. Nearest beach is Kalamies, about 10 mins walk or 2 mins by car. The area is packed with various restaurants and shops. The space The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate spacious living room and dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a 3rd attic style bedroom. There is also a shower/ toilet room on each floor of the house. Clean linen, bedding, and towels are all included. The house will be carefully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Upon request, cleaning can also be arranged during your stay at an additional charge of 30€. Important info: Please note that when the house is booked for 2 guests, you will only have access to one of the bedrooms and the rest remain locked. To have access to the rest of the bedrooms the booking must reflect the number of guests. Guest access Guests will have access to free fast wifi internet, all usual kitchen appliances (washing machine/ dishwasher included) and full bedroom cabinet space.
