The Business Bay station is 10 minutes away by car, so guests can easily explore the city! The space Welcome to my home! A luxurious apartment fitted will all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. My home overlooks Marasi Drive, a busy street filled with luxury condos, chain restaurants and office buildings. The main living and dining area is filled with lots of sunlight, with a comfortable couch for relaxing and a TV to keep you entertained. The light rose-painted walls will brighten your mood as you enjoy home cook meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Behind the glass partition, the bedroom is equally well-lit and separated from the living area with a dedicated entry point. The bedroom has a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has everything you need to freshen up, with clean towels and toiletries provided. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. Other things to note Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
