The space Whether for two, four, eight or ten - you always live alone in this beautiful large house. Typically, you will rent the three-quarter house, which has a kitchen, a living room, three bathrooms, and four bedrooms, for the price shown. If you would like a little more space, we can also open up another, slightly smaller apartment on the upper floor (60 m²; with a second kitchen, a second living room, a fifth bedroom, and a guest toilet). For a surcharge of €40/night and a cleaning fee of an additional 40€ you can rent this second apartment upstairs. If you arrive with more than 8 people, you must also rent the additional apartment. Please note that this is not shown in the price calculator. We charge a security deposit of €200, which you please transfer in advance. The deposit is also not included in the price table. The total price shown to you includes a 15.5% Airbnb service fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone! From the living space downstairs, a patio door leads to the south side of the garden with a small but sunny and sheltered seating area. In the front area of the 1000 sqm property there are three car parking spaces and there is plenty of space to romp and play. Our thatched, idyllic cottage is located just behind the Eiderdeich. From here, you can take long walks to the nature reserve. In the high season, you can only rent the house from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access You are alone in the house in any case. However, if you are only 4 to 8 people, you can rent the three-quarters house (see floor plan). If you need a second kitchen, another living room and maybe an extra bedroom, rent the small upper apartment and then have the whole house at your disposal. Other things to note All the information necessary for arrival and stay in the house will be sent to you shortly before your vacation. In the high season, we only rent the house from Saturday to Saturday. In the middle and low season, you can arrive on any day.
