Security guards and the lobby receptionist are friendly and happy to assist the guests. Swimming Pool Access The pool is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM at P200 per person per day (except for holidays which is at P350 per person per day). You may purchase the pool vouchers from another agent (details will be provided upon booking confirmation). Maximum to use the pool per day is up to 4 guests per unit. Other things to note (1) Please send us scanned copy of any government-issued ID or passports, including your companions, to process the guest authorization form with the Building Administration before your check-in date. This is a requirement to enter the building. For last-minute booking such as same-day booking, we can only accommodate check-in until 7 PM unless longer check-in time is available from your hosts. Visitors are allowed until 10 pm only otherwise guest should pay extra guest fee as provided in our listing. (2) Please let us know your expected arrival time. If any changes happen due to flight delays, cancellation, traffic or other reasons, please let us know as soon as possible, or least 4 hours before your arrival. (3) To eat or buy groceries, the restaurants, convenience stores, and spas are located at the ground floor of the building. Please ask the lobby guards for directions. (4) To order food delivery, you can use FOOD PANDA or GRAB FOOD apps and pin the delivery address of Shell Residences Tower D, Pasay City. (5) Check out time is strictly on or before 11 am. Late checkout is subject to availability and has additional fees. (6) Strictly no smoking policy. A penalty of 5,000 is fined in case of violations. (7) The unit does not come with a parking. However, parking is available nearby - within Shell Residences, near MOA. Or at MET Live which is just walking distance. Paid parking is also available within Shell at P50 for the first 4 hours and P50 per succeeding hour. There is an overnight charge of P300 from 1:30 AM to 6:AM in addition to the parking rates. Motorcycle rate is P50 flat fee plus overnight parking charges. We can refer you to our agent or parking owner for flat rate parking depending on availability.
