Our house will offer you both the calm and greenery of the hills as well as the proximity of the city center of Nice and the sea (15 min). There is a large garden and a petanque court as well as a 25 m² terrace to lead the real southern life. Located 4 km from the Allianz Riviera Nice Stadium, access by the hill road will allow you to get there without traffic jams. It is also 15 minutes from the highway access to allow you to enjoy the beauties of the area!
