These two beautiful country houses located in the heart of a former wine estate, surrounded by pine forests and scrubland will offer you a relaxing stay with family or friends. Spacious wooded garden, large private and fenced pool, dining area with planchas and garden furniture under the pine trees (open-air café atmosphere in the evening), petanque court, hammock… and to top it all off, the song of cicadas and birds ensures a friendly and peaceful stay. The space The home and its outdoor spaces are fully private. It consists of two semi-detached houses that can communicate. There are 6 spacious bedrooms including a master suite, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 5 toilets, which guarantees both space and privacy. Bedroom areas are upstairs. Each house has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 to 3 powder rooms, 1 living room with fireplace and open kitchen. One in the Provençal style and the other in the countryside theme. BONUS! " The houses overlook a spacious common garden, wooded and shaded, a dining area with a very large table, two grills, a seating area, a petanque court, soft lights in the guiguette spirit for evenings, a swing, several relaxation areas in the hammock, the garden or under the aviary... all the elements are combined to spend a soothing vacation... The garden continues with its beautiful and large fenced swimming pool of 11 m x 5 m with large beaches to enjoy the southern sun on the deckchairs. Nearby you will find the towns of Cazouls-lès-Béziers and Puisserguier and their many shops. Lots of local markets! Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, nature lovers will be delighted with activities such as mountain biking, bike rides on the greenway, hiking, running, canoeing, canyoning… Lots of walks from the houses! Beautiful culinary encounters with its multitude of good restaurants in the city, beach huts, tastings in the surrounding areas… We will give you good addresses! Culturally the area is full of beautiful sites such as the Canal du Midi, the 9 locks, St. Nazaire Cathedral, museums, the city of Carcassonne… The beautiful Mediterranean beaches are 25 minutes by car, the river is only 15 minutes away, Béziers is 20 minutes away and many picturesque villages are just minutes away. The surrounding cities are Sète, Montpellier, Narbonne, Perpignan, Carcassonne, and Spain is 1 hr 15 min away. Guest access You will access our beautiful property by a small country road which is nice to walk or cycle on. When you arrive in the area, you will have the opportunity to park right in front of the accommodation. Other things to note For July and August, checkouts are no later than 10 a.m. and check-ins are from 4 p.m., but are much more flexible for the rest of the year! Bed linen and towel fees are optional at €10 per person (includes bed linens, body and hand towels, dish towels, bath mats). A deposit cheque of €500 will be required upon arrival. If you want to enjoy a beautiful fireplace during the cool seasons you have the option to purchase a box of wood for 10 euro.
