Guest access The entire villa is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no shared spaces, no other guests. Full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas: pool, sauna, garden, terraces, playground and parking. Other things to note Hot water: the house has a 300-litre boiler — sufficient for all 6 guests showering normally. If someone takes a very long shower, the next person may need to wait up to 2 hours for the system to reheat. Security: 3 outdoor cameras activated by movement and heat (fire detection).
