The Updated Farmhouse- a beautiful updated centrally located home in the commercial district of Kerrville only a short distance to downtown and all the amenities our town has to offer. This vacation rental features a well appointed kitchen, beautifully updated bedrooms and bathroom and has a nice outdoor area as well. The dining area features an IG Wall to capture all the memories you will make on your trip. Please note: a little extra noise in morning may be possible as located by company Other things to note Please note: This vacation rental is next door to a plumbing company so you may have a bit of noise in the morning from the employees leaving in their trucks. It is also on a busy highway so you will have noise from both. The home is insulated however people sensitive to traffic noise may not be comfortable. Weekends and evenings are more quiet. There is ample parking on site and you will have two designated spots.
