Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Soak in the beautiful views of the sunsets! This very spacious attached guest suite gives plenty of room for your family to relax while visiting upstate SC. You have your own separate entrance, kitchenette, workout equipment, dedicated parking spot and room for a horse trailer as well. 25 minutes from Tryon equestrian center, spartanburg, Forest city and only 5 minutes from Strawberry Hill. The space You will have your own private entrance to this attached guest suite with a cozy deck for your enjoyment of a morning coffee or the beautiful sunsets over the neighboring pastures. The suite connects to the main house via communicating French doors that lock from both the host side and the guest side for added security and privacy, your space is fully yours to enjoy. In the suite is a fully furnished kitchenette which includes: -Induction cooktop -Mini Fridge -Coffee Maker -Knife block - Cutting Board -Place setting for 4 -Toaster -Pots and Pans -Dish Soap In the Bathroom you will find a standing shower with towels provided. Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner will NOT be provided. Extra Linens for fold out sofa are located in the bedroom closet. Guest access Guest are welcome to use their private deck, side yard or front yard. There are two locked storage spaces inside the unit that are for host access only. In the backyard is a large deck for use by the hosting family only. On the property is a pool that has limited access to guests. You may ask for availability however it is not generally included in the stay.
