This place is a perfect retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to town to have easy access to restaurants and stores. Enjoy the subtle sounds of the neighbor's farm animals in the distance, while breathing in the fresh mountain air. 5 Minutes from Adeline Farm, 7 minutes to the freeway. Enjoy our hot tub and cold plunge! It is shared as we and our “guest suite” guests use it too! Our "Loft" apartment is above our living space. There is an outside access of a deck with stairs. There are two bedrooms, and a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The deck is around 20 feet off of the ground, so we ask that you be responsible while on the deck. It is safe, and structurally sound, but we would hate to have any accidents while on site. Below your deck is a covered patio where we recently added a hot tub and a stock tank for cold plunging! You are welcome to enjoy both during your stay! ** Please Note: Airbnb has granted us an exemption for animals including service animals, as we live here and one of our children has allergies to animals. ** You will have access to the whole upstairs Loft through your own private entrance. This apartment is above our living space, and naturally some sound does travel through but not much. We do our best to keep our noise levels down and ask that you do the same. The hot tub is shared with us and guests that may be staying in our guest suite (in our own space). Just let us know when you want to use it and we will keep it private for your use! We live here, the loft is above our living space. The patio with the hot tub is where we hang out as a family, but we will not use it while you use the hot tub upon request! If you need us, we are usually on site. You may hear noises from us occasionally, but we do our best to keep our noise down. Thank you! We are on a private road, surrounded by a few hobby farms. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, and we ask that you don't interact or disrupt their animals. They aren't on our property, but their animals are fenced right up to our property. There is a rooster that goes off at 4AM every morning on our neighbors property, the bedroom at the back of the apartment may be disturbed by this rooster. Our sound machine or fan will help! We recently listed our Guest Suite on Airbnb as well. This airbnb is below your space and has it's own private entrance and parking spaces. Please be aware that there may be other guests on site and using the hot tub while you are here. There are two parking spaces on the side of the shop that are available for you to use. We recently purchased this property and are working on getting the landscaping done. There may be occasional equipment working in the yard, but never during odd hours. Our shop apartment is beautiful and we are ready to share it, even if the landscaping isn't quite where we would like it to be. Please bear with us!
