With off street parking for 2-3 cars, enclosed garden to the rear of the property which over looks common land. The space Quill is a stone built semi on a quiet cul-de-sac which offers flexible accommodation for up to 5 guests, the property consists of welcoming hallway, cloakroom, kitchen/dinner with separate bright spacious sitting room which seats 5 adults comfortably, smart tv, side tables and standard lamp, with patio doors leading to an enclosed lawned garden with patio furniture. Stairs leading off the hallway to 2 x double 1 single bedrooms, family 4 piece bathroom, 1 with en-suite. We accept one well behaved pet, dog bowls and towel provided. We do not allow additional guests. Guest access Guests have sole use of the property including private parking area for 2-3 cars with enclosed garden to the rear of the property.
