A stone's throw from any point of interest in Ferrol, 10-15 minutes from beach area, shopping area and multiple catering areas - a very comfortable and charming accommodation in the heart of the city! The space The apartment consists of living room, two rooms one of them with private bathroom (1.50 cm beds) kitchen with ceramic stove and electric oven; microwave, combi refrigerator and washing machine. You also have all the necessary items to enjoy a pleasant stay. The living room is spacious and bright: a cozy area for relaxing and getting away. It has Flat Screen TVs The two bathrooms have a shower with screen shower. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and relaxation: linen, towels, kitchenware and appliances. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!
 **HEATING** This accommodation has heating by electric radiators enabled from November to April, which operate in different time slots between 4-6 hours a day. By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where the temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have available the heating always maintaining a comfortable temperature ranging between 18º and 20º C. ** TRAVEL COT ** Travel cot is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygienic reasons, bedding for the cot is not provided. **TOASTERS** In order to avoid cross-contamination, we remove toasters from our homes. A toaster is an item that cannot go through a disinfection process with hot water or other cleaning that ensures the removal of traces of gluten and other allergens. Unlike a hotel, a kitchen and utensils such as pans or even oven are available in a house/apartment, so the function of a toaster is easily replaceable.

** HOME TEXTILE ** We reduce our ecological footprint and environmental impact: a set of sheets per bed is provided during the stay. One set of towels per guest is also provided per guest.
