Bright newly renovated two-bedroom apartment, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms located near Amboage Square. A stone's throw from any point of interest in Ferrol, 10-15 minutes from the beach area, shopping area and multiple dining areas: a very comfortable and charming accommodation in the heart of the city! The space The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom (1.50 cm beds), a kitchen with a ceramic hob and an electric oven; a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. It also has all the necessary utensils to enjoy a pleasant stay. The living room is spacious and bright: a cozy area to rest and disconnect. It has a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms have a shower with a screen. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and relaxation: bedding, towels, kitchenware and appliances.  **HEATING** This accommodation has heating through electric radiators enabled from November to April, which operate in different time slots between 4-6 hours a day. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that ranges between 18º and 20º C. **TRAVEL CRIB** A travel crib is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygiene reasons, no bedding is provided for the crib. **TOASTERS** To help avoid cross-contamination, we remove toasters from our homes. A toaster is an element that cannot go through a disinfection process with hot water or other cleaning that guarantees the elimination of traces of gluten and other allergens. Unlike a hotel, a house/apartment has a kitchen and utensils such as pans or even an oven, so the function of a toaster is easily replaceable.

**HOME TEXTILE** We reduce our ecological footprint and environmental impact: one set of sheets is provided for each bed during the stay. One set of towels is also provided per guest per stay.
