Situated across from Lake Granby, Uber Vista offers several viewing decks from the traditional A-frame design, extra beds, and 3 floors of space. The whole family will fall in love with this peaceful cabin. 4WD/AWD and well treaded tires required Oct-May. 10 minutes to the Village of Grand Lake, snowmobile rentals and Colorado's best ice fishing. 40 minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort, 30 minutes to Fraser Tubing Hill. The space Welcome to three floors of mountain cabin living. Walk in to the bottom floor with an entry area, living room with TV, kitchenette and 2 queen bunked beds. Continuing down the hall you will find a full bathroom, laundry and bedroom complete with TV and king size bed. The second floor is home to a full open Swiss style kitchen, dining area and expansive living room complete gas fireplace/stove and floor to ceiling windows showcasing the Uber views. The top floor is home to a private bedroom with queen bed and adjoining office area across the hall also housing epic views. Guest access The entire home Other things to note Propane BBQ stored in garage. Pull out of garage to use. Return back inside garage and shut door to avoid attraction of bears. No outdoor wood fires due to historic tragedy of East Troublesome Fire.
