The space Newly furnished living room, dining room, and sun deck! Although it makes for better pool and ocean views, the living spaces are on the 2nd and 3rd floors with NO ELEVATOR access. The 2nd/main floor has kitchen, large living and dining area with spacious deck. Also on this floor is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath. The 3rd floor includes the master bedroom with walkout patio overlooking the pool and beach. Additional bedroom on 3rd floor has sound-side views. The bedrooms on 3rd floor share a bath with full shower/tub. 1st floor/basement is the walk-in foyer and garage. This floor also includes bonus room with twin bed, small full bathroom, laundry, and garage. There are no views on the garage level. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the building pool, additional community pool, and direct beach access. Parking will include one garage space and one space in the building lot. Additional parking is available directly across the street at the HOA office for a fee (charged by the office). Other things to note You'll be staying at a quiet part of the beach with a mix of full-time residents, weekenders, and renters. Unit comfortably sleeps 8 but could sleep up to 9 by including the additional 1st floor bedroom or sharing space with children.
