A sun-filled great room faces the ocean and includes a casual seating area with a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. It adjoins an enormous granite-topped galley kitchen equipped with a professional gas range, indoor grill, cooking equipment, and not one, but two granite breakfast bars. A main-level bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an adjoining bath. Two of the upstairs bedrooms feature beds from which you can enjoy tremendous ocean views; each also has a flat-screen TV. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a large sitting area overlooking the ocean and an adjoining deck with a large hot tub. Upstairs, an adorable bunk room will delight younger guests, and so will a secret closet playroom complete with table, chairs, games, and books. Multiple TVs, a DVD player, Wi-fi, and the great location in the classic Bella Beach neighborhood, complete with a children’s playground and beach access, will keep the whole family busy. It’s an easy walk to Cafe C’est la Vie and a grocery store, so you won’t need to get in the car, but the prime location between Lincoln City and Newport means the amenities of both tourist cities are in easy reach. If you need any additional parking, extra parking spots can be found at the beginning of Bella Beach Circle, and behind Ocean View Street. Please do not park in any fire lanes, or on other properties. Thank you! Beach Access: Through a gate along the fence south of the home. There is a paved path to a landing and then three flights of stairs down to the beach. There is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2 no exceptions), per stay. Dogs Only. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age.
