Dinning rm, Living rm with bar area and access to the deck. Master Bdrm with private bath. 2 bedrooms and 1 full baths. The lower floor has a spacious entertaining room with additional 3 bedrooms, one full bath, laundry room and access to yard. Big open yard with fire pit area and private dock with access to Lake Ontario. Guest access Entire house, deck, yard and dock Other things to note Private boat dock .
