This home is in a small, rural Indiana town. You will have to drive about 15 minutes groceries, dining etc. CLEAN,COMFORTABLE,VALUE The space This is the downstairs apartment of a duplex. The home is over 100 years old and has some old home quirks. It has been remodeled but if older homes aren't your cup of tea this may not be the place for you. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable, value driven space for every guest. Guest access This is the downstairs apartment of a duplex. You will have the entire downstairs to yourself. You have a private entrance for each unit. The laundry room is a space shared between the upstairs guest, downstairs guest and our cleaners. You will have secure access to the laundry room. We just ask that you are courteous to other guests using the laundry. You have a private porch to use. Other things to note This home is a in a family friendly neighborhood. There may be children playing outdoors, people mowing their grass or folks visiting neighbors. We are avid readers. If you see a book you would like to read, please take it. We charge a cleaning fee of $130
