Guest access Check-in at Charlie's is online and quite simple. On the day of your stay, you will receive the check-in link to send your documents and those of all other guests in the reservation. This prior submission is mandatory for your release in the building and to receive the access information to the property and the apartment, okay! Other things to note Cleanliness ● Cleaning fee charged for the service performed after the stay in the amount of R$165.00 ● Additional cleaning: R$165.00 ● Attention - For stays, only receipts are issued. ● We issue an invoice for the cleaning fee.
