This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with a large enclosed garden, 2 terraces and a barbecue. Its location at the tip of the island allows quick access to the west coast (5-minute walk) ideal for teens and adults, and to the east coast, (5/10-minute drive) quieter with little depth for children. The network of bike paths is very close, and we lend bikes in exchange for good care. The space The house consists of: 2 bedrooms, with 1 bed 140 x 190 each and two bunk beds 90 in one of them. 1 bathroom with bathtub. 1 toilet. 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and electric stove, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, microwave). 1 living/dining room. A basement where you will find a washing machine, garden furniture and bicycles lent out on loan. We remind you that the mandatory cleaning fee of €100 does not exempt you from leaving the accommodation tidy and in good condition. An accommodation that is left too dirty will result in a €100 deduction from the security deposit. Bicycles, lent free of charge and under your sole responsibility, must be returned in as good condition as you found them. If not, we will deduct the repair costs from the security deposit. Finally, the observation of the daily readings of the Linky meter leads us to specify that it is forbidden to recharge your electric vehicle; terminals are provided for this purpose.
