Apart from that, we came up with the idea of an IKEA stackable bed, which could be easily stack up or taken apart again for moving. The space * Icon City is one of the most strategic location in Petaling Jaya. We are centrally located in the corner of Federal Highway and LDP (the prime location between Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya Business Centre). Just 10-15 mins to most of the popular location like university, shopping mall with lots of entertainment etc. * Flexihome is studio type, it's cozy, private and uniquely designed for Business Traveler or Family's Holiday. * This studio c/w TV Box (EVPad 5S), Netflix (your own log in account). Allows you to enjoy a precious time with your family and friends. * Free 100Mbps unlimited high speed WiFi. * 24 hours security. * Full dining utensils, water purifier, induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle, fridge can be found in the kitchen. * Bathroom with water heater, bath towels, shampoo & shower gel. We do provide hair dryer and iron as well. * Preferable to advice in advance for the additional guests after the 2nd pax in order to set up for the bedding. Guest access * Check-in time is 3pm & check-out time is 12pm. * Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees to be charged. (RM20/hour) * Free access to the outdoor garden, sky pool, sky gym & sauna. * Convenient store (7-Eleven) just a door step infront of this condo's Lobby. * One (1) specific resident's car park to be provided for guest booking in advance, upon request (at least 2 working days). * If there is missing on "Transponder Resident Carpark Access Card", guest will be charged for RM250.00 * If there is missing on "Door Access Card", gust will be charged for RM150.00 * Our guests are free to enjoy the Facilities at 33th floor during their stay. Playground Other things to note HOUSE RULES * Guest must follow the house rules. * Flexihome would prefer clean and responsible guests. * Flexihome have put a lot of effort for your pleasure and comfort and in return we appreciate your care of our cozy home. * The guest need to collect the Access Card by yourself (No Counter Available). We will send you the Self check-In instruction one day before arrival. Access Card need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time * This is a Non-Smoking unit. Strictly no smoking in the studio to avoid detect by the smoke alarm. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure. * One (1) month refundable room deposit is required for long-term rental, but it is subject to availability. * Long-term rental (at least 28 days and above) will cover up to RM200 worth of electricity bill per month/every 30 days. * RM250 refundable deposit is require for the "Transponder Resident Carpark Access Card " for guest who stay for more than 28 days and above. * The deposit will be refund to your account within two (2) working days after your check-out. * If there is missing on "Transponder Resident Carpark Access Card", guest will be charged for RM250.00 * If there is missing on "Door Access Card", gust will be charged for RM150.00 * Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out * Please do not hesitate to contact Flexihome should you have any queries.
