Direct River Access Our acreage property is located directly on the North Johnstone River with private riverfront access a short stroll from the deck. A picnic table is located on the open grassed area which is the perfect spot for nibbles while watching the variety of wildlife that inhabits the area include turtles, fish, platypus, birdlife and so much more. Platypus Platypus are regularly seen late afternoon or early morning from the deck as well as the river access. You might just catch a glimpse of these adorable creatures as they playfully swim and frolic. Tree Kangaroos The trees adjacent to the deck & river also boast occasional visits from the elusive tree kangaroos. As dusk falls, you might be fortunate enough to witness them hopping between trees, high above the forest floor.
