The Santa Maria Del Giglio public boat stop on the Grand Canal is located just outside the building front door, offering easy access upon arrival (the Alilaguna direct boat from and to the airport stops right at your door step and takes just 1 hour) and also easy access to a public boat stop from where you may take one of the many public boats to all areas of the city leaving the Giglio stop every 5 min. This first floor apartment, one floor above the ground floor with just few steps up, has a lovely canal view from all its windows. This property is completely restored and all furniture is brand new and looks great. The apartment has a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one master bedroom with queen size bed and one full bathroom with shower with double access from the bedroom or the living room. For late check-in the following extra fees will be applied: • 8:00pm - 10:00pm the late arrival fee is 25 euros, • 10pm - 12am (midnight) - 50 euros, • After 12am (midnight) - 75 euros.
