Nestled in the valley of the Rutland countryside, our huts sit on our secure, gated beautiful estate boasting 31 acres with plenty of space and 4 lakes. Feel free to roam around the private lakes, use the local footpaths, have a drink at the local award winning pub or sit and enjoy the view from your very own open air bathtub. The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay. The space Our beautiful 20ft huts have everything you will need for a luxury stay, weather it be a night or a few. We currently have 2 Shepherd Huts onsite the estate both sitting on their own little plots with stunning views across the lakes and the Rutland valley. With its own open-air bathtub outside, feel free to enjoy a hot bubble bath whilst overlooking the beautiful scenery. - Sleeps 2 - 1 cabin bedroom (double bed), 1 en-suite bathroom with enclosed shower. - Private secure parking. - Patio area overlooking the fields, lakes and valley. - Wood fire pit. - Outdoor dining table. - Bed linen, bath towels & tea towels provided. - Hairdryer. - Indoor bar style dining area. - Welcome pack: tea, coffee & sugar & milk - Bathroom starter pack: hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo & body wash. - Small tv - Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, utensils, glassware inc. wine glasses, champagne flutes and tumblers. Pans, frying pans, jug, chopping boards & all essential items. - 2 hobs for cooking & a microwave. - Coffee machine & coffee pod each. - Fridge and mini freezer - Safety Equipment: fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide and fire alarm, first aid kit. - Well behaved dogs welcome. There is a a small BBQ for your use. Guests will need to provide their own charcoal. We like to add a little luxury so the extras we provide are: Bath robes, slippers, body wash, shampoo, coffee pods, tea, sugar, some de-caff coffee & milk. We also provide some wood for the fire in the winter months / cooler days. Guest access Access to the private lakes and estate for walks. Other things to note Our beautiful 31 acre estate is home to us and 4 other long term tenants. We reside in the main house so you may see us, our tenants or other holiday guests around. We have a secure gated entrance and ample space for you to wonder.
