Villa Freudenberg - Unique view

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Surrounded by greenery in a natural plot, let your soul wander and enjoy the view over all of Bad Urach. You can relax and unwind in the conservatory or on the terrace. The apartment is 173 square meters and is so spacious that everyone will find a place for themselves. Behind Villa Freudenberg you are immediately on the hiking trail in the forest. Here, people and animals can come to rest. The space The apartment is a basement apartment with a beautiful view to the front, with a sun terrace and a conservatory. We live above the apartment, three adults and four dogs and cats. A large sofa in the living and dining area and the two wing chairs in the conservatory invite you to relax, or you can lie on the south-facing terrace in the lounge chairs and enjoy the warmth. We intentionally do not have a TV in the apartment. There are some games and reading material, and in the evening the fire bowl with wood is ready for you. If you are bothered by dog barking, please do not book, so it may be that a cat comes to visit you on the terrace. Guest access The apartment is a completely separate apartment that is entirely at your disposal. The main door is the common entrance, but the terrace and all areas are entirely attributed to the vacation accommodation. Other things to note As already mentioned, we have dogs that bark quite often – if that bothers you, please do not book. Likewise, we consciously do not have a TV in the apartment. Our cats are very curious, and it is possible that they will stop by. As the apartment is so close to nature, there are many animals around the house – toads, badgers, birds and squirrels.
