Non smoker and a respectful person is what I’m looking for as a roommate. Im a 52 year old male and own the house. I’m responsible and all about boundaries. Washer and dryer is shared, there’s cable,internet,water and electricity all taken care of. It’s part of rent. I need someone clean with no traffic. I set my alarm at night for peace of mind. No pets.
