We are located right next to Dalhousie University, Spring Garden Road shopping and restaurants, scenic downtown, IWK/Victoria General Hospital, and so much more. Your private room is furnished with a queen-size bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, study/work desk & chair, bedside table, lamps, and more. We also have free parking available on site. The room also includes a table and chairs for work or study, a walk-in closet for your clothing and belongings, a bedside table, and a lamp for added comfort. For light food and drink prep, we provide dishes, cups, plates, utensils, and a kettle. There is also a sink in the room for brushing your teeth or washing your face. Laundry: A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the unit for guest use. Shared Bathroom: Guests have access to a shared 3-piece bathroom that includes a toilet, sink, and bathtub. We also provide a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and towels for your convenience. Other things to note For security & safety reasons, we have a security camera outside the front door of the house, above the mailbox. We do not monitor any footage, and it is not published anywhere. It is only reviews if a situation has occurred where it would be necessary to check the footage. There are no security cameras inside the unit.
