Welcome to this stylish 3 bedroom home that has everything you need while staying in Vegas. Be centrally located to everything Vegas has to offer while doing it in style! You'll find comfort, convenience, and tranquility while being just moments away from all the action. Everything is within a short drive of our home. The heart of the Arts District, The LV Convention Center, DTLV, considered old Vegas, and the famous LV Strip spans several miles but is ALL within 10 mins away from our home! Welcome to this beautiful home! Open the front door and be welcomed to an open living space. The open floor plan and intimate layout makes spending time with your company easy. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, perfect for cooking at home or ordering take out. There is only one TV in the living room. The TV is a ROKU TV it has apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu. You can login with your information to log in and access the applications. We recommend to log out after your stay. To the right of the living room are the 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms. The first bathroom is to the right, with the first bedroom in front of it. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. The primary bedroom is across from the second bedroom and has 1 king bed. There is a private bathroom in this room. Washer and dryer is on property and is located in a detached room next to the carport, can only be accessed through the door that is in the back yard. Step into the backyard to a vintage Vegas pool! A portion of the backyard is covered to shade during the hot summer months. -During pool activities, make sure to always have an adult if kids are are in or near pool. We are not liable for any incidents. -Please make sure all board games are left in good condition with no missing items. -This is not an event or a party house. -The max occupancy at anytime is 8. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 8 are allowed at all times. -The Pool is NOT a heated pool. Be aware booking during fall and winter in Las Vegas pool is cold. Guest access -You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet inside the home, and a locked housekeeping door outside by the front of the home. You will not have access to these at any point during your stay. The host is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns you may have and can also meet up in person if need to. Other things to note. -We have our gardener scheduled to do his service every other TUESDAY. He will be on property from approximately 3p-6p. During this time, he will ONLY access the front and backyard. We cannot reschedule his service. He will do his best to finish quickly and efficiently. -Important information about the pool- The backyard pool is not covered. We will make every attempt to keep the pool as clean as possible, but at times leaves and debris might make their way into the pool. The pool attendant is scheduled only once a week on FRIDAYS so please keep this in mind when making your reservation. -If this is something that might concern you, please ask questions ahead of time to see if his service falls during your stay. -Keep in mind the home is from the mid 1900's but its remodeled and has a couple modern touches while keeping some original touches from the home. -House keeping cleans and insures the home is clean before arrival. The house keeping crew fills out a form/check list and takes photo and videos of the home before every guest arrival. If something is not right or clean let us know and we can send house cleaning services during your stay to accommodate your needs.
