Escape to the Peaceful Paradise, a pet-friendly 2 bedroom condo located in the heart of the Golden Isles. Walk/bike to great restaurants around Redfern Village, Starbucks, grocery, boutiques, night life or take a short drive to the beach, the Village/Pier, Fort Frederica, Jekyll Island and downtown Brunswick. The fully stocked kitchen and grill on the new back patio make meal prep a breeze. After taking in all the beauty of the area, cool off in the pool that is steps from the front door. The space This is a two-story condo with the kitchen, living room, laundry and half bath on the main level with tile flooring throughout and the two spacious bedrooms and full bath upstairs on the carpeted 2nd level. The master bedroom has a brand new super comfy king bed, 42 in TV, vanity with sink, black-out curtains and its own private newly built back deck...the perfect spot for coffee, tea or glass of wine at sunset and stargazing after dark. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, 42 in TV, private vanity with sink, black-out curtains and a view of the community pool. The new living room couch pulls out to a queen bed, so with room to sleep 6 comfortably, the Peaceful Paradise is ideal for families and couples. The newly renovated kitchen is open to the dining area and living room so meals and meal prep can all be done together. The dining room table seats 6 but expands to seat 8 if needed. The coffee bar includes a drip coffee machine, Keurig and electric tea kettle so there are plenty of options for everyone. All the kitchen necessities are stocked including pots/pans, mixing bowls, trays, measuring cups, baking sheets, a mini blender, ice maker, toaster, cocktail glasses, tumblers, can opener, grilling utensils, wine opener and more. The bottom level back deck is fully enclosed with a gate that opens to the wooded common area. That is where you will find a dining table for 4, new gas grill, 3 adult beach cruiser bikes, string party lights and cold-water outdoor shower. When it is time to chill at the condo, there are family games, books, playing cards and coloring books. To make your beach days easier, beach towels, backpack beach chairs, a beach tent and beach toys are provided. There is also a pack'n'play, baby gate and baby bumpo seat with a tray for your convenience and a new yoga mat if needed. Guest access All spaces throughout the condo are all yours during your stay and do not need to be shared with anyone else other than your family/guests. The space behind the deck fence and the community pool are common areas where you may find fellow neighbors. Please note that the pool is managed by a 3rd party and could be closed for unforeseen circumstances or reasons out of our control during the summer season. Examples could be closing the pool for maintenance/repair or cleaning purposes. The pool being temporarily closed will not be grounds for refunds. The HOA does not allow boats, trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked in the community. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property. Failure to comply with house rules, including but not limited to unauthorized guests, smoking, or unapproved pets, etc., will result in loss of the security deposit and additional charges if damages exceed the deposit amount. Other things to note St. Simons is approx 18 square miles with South, Mid and North sections. This condo is considered to be in the northern tip of South island which is closer to the ocean, tourist attractions, shopping, small airport, Village, pier and lighthouse. However, it is still enough of a distance to experience a quieter vacation. That is why we decided to name the condo Peaceful Paradise. You still get to enjoy close proximity to all the hot spots while being away from the noisier, more populated areas. Brockinton is where many long-time locals reside and enjoy the extra peace and quiet that makes this little pocket of the island so special. Boat trips, kayak adventures, dolphin tours, golf cart rentals, day spas, horseback riding, year-round bird-watching, a boat casino and historical monuments are just a few of the ways to keep everyone entertained each day of your vacation. There is also plenty of world-class golf, traditional, hot or beach yoga, pickleball, tennis, volleyball and surf or skim boarding to do around town, not to mention all you can enjoy by just visiting the beach, soaking up the sun and digging your toes in the sand! Just 3-5 minutes down the road is Gascoigne Bluff Park along the Frederica River with lots of shade from the beautiful live oaks for dog walking, a bamboo garden, pier for fishing and crabbing and disc golf. Be sure to read the historical markers to learn how the St. Simons live oaks were used to build the USS Constitution.
