Paradise on the Frisian Tjonger

At the three-pronged fork of the Tjonger river is our new, stylish and comfortable vacation home with sun and fantastic views all around. A jetty with swimming ladder in front of the door for your boat, SUP, fishing rod or jump in the water. Warm modern decor. Three nice bedrooms with wonderful beds and two luxurious bathrooms. Parking and charging station in front of the door. In the area, you can enjoy cycling and sailing towards Overijssel and Friesland. Restaurants and a well-stocked Spar within cycling distance. The space Downstairs you will find a spacious living room with an open kitchen and large windows that provide plenty of light and a panorama that you will keep looking at! In the hall you will find, next to the toilet, access to a bedroom with private bathroom, also with toilet. Guest access Our guests have the entire house at their disposal. Inside is a small storage room and in an outdoor storage room (partly private) there is space for a few bicycles. The jetty in front of the door is shared with our neighbors. The boat belongs to the neighbor. The left part of the jetty can be used for swimming, paddle boarding or boating. Other things to note The house is located on a small park that is still partly under construction, located next to De Driesprong marina. There are no amenities in the park itself. In 2023, our house was newly completed, and in the months that followed, we worked hard to make it a warm, comfortable and personal "home". The garden is also starting to take shape! You can see the sun rise and set here, reflected in the Tjonger. Water sports enthusiasts, peace and nature lovers come to this park. This means it is not suitable for groups of partying young people.
