With us you can enjoy the large garden, feed the fish in the fishing pond, make real Italian pizza and swim in the hot tub. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room and two TV rooms, tiled oven, bathroom with balcony. Short distance to great nature, skiing, ice skating, ski resort, swimming area, shops. DeCa is an hour from Oslo, 50 min to Norefjell. The space The place is within walking distance to Tyrifjorden, swimming and fishing opportunities (trout) in the summer. Shops/restaurants in the city center, approx. 10 minutes walking distance. Nearby there are great hiking trails. Blaafarveverket, the world's longest ski jump - Vikersundbakken where you can take a zip line in the summer. You can also walk all the steps up to the top. Furumo swimming pool can also be found nearby. Swimming facilities with hot and cold swimming pool. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from Oslo. The property is surrounded by a large garden. There are opportunities for football games, disc golf, badminton and darts. On the property you will also find a fishing pond with fish in it. The garden has apple trees and currants that you can enjoy in the autumn. You have a large terrace on the front of the house as well as a balcony that has an exit from the bathroom on the 3rd floor. Perfect for enjoying the evening sun. On the terrace you will find our wood-fired pizza oven and on the brown shelf in the kitchen you will find pizza plates. Feel free to ask us for tips before you use it. We also have an electric grill and a fire pit. You will find it in the small garage. You have the entire first and second floor as well as a bathroom/laundry room in the basement. The house has many zones that make it perfect for everyone to find their place to relax. There is a TV room with a door as well as a dining room and a living room with the possibility of wood burning in the winter. One of the bedrooms is furnished with lounge chairs, and one with a sofa and TV so you can retreat here as well. There are two office desks in the other rooms. The largest bedroom has a ceiling fan. There are also two table fans that can be used. On the opposite side of the property lives our friendly tenant. Her patio and entrance are separate from yours. It is possible to use the property's car charger for an additional fee. This must be paid in cash by agreement. With the addition, you will also have access to the garage. We have a very nice and affectionate cat named Luzy. She goes in and out of the cat flap herself. We'd be very happy if you'd give her some attention. Water and food are ready in the hallway. We place a high value on cleanliness in our hot tub. It is therefore important that you comply with our requirements before swimming. We want our guests to be careful to shower before swimming. No makeup/perfume must get into the water. No glass is allowed in the hot tub. Be careful not to spill drinks in the water. We welcome you to our dear home.🏠 Guest access 2nd and 3rd floor. 1st floor is rented apartment. Other things to note It is not allowed to use the tumble dryer, the washing machine for clothes can be used for an additional fee of NOK 30 per Laundry. It can be arranged to use a car charger for an additional fee. You will then also be able to use our garage. Please contact for any questions. Car charging can also be done at nearby charging stations. We ask that you do not sleep on the sofas in the house or anywhere else than in the beds.
