La Radura, Solbiate

La Radura aims to be first and foremost an oasis of peace. It is located in the center of the area of the great Italian Lakes; situated in a small village in the nature of Insubria. Located in the 'Valle del Lanza Park,' it is the ideal place for walking paths among meadows and woods, bike paths or excursions to the mountains of Como, Varese and nearby Switzerland. A few more kilometers away, you can enjoy the beauty of the Lakes of Como, Varese, Lugano, and, an hour's drive away, you can visit Lake Maggiore. The space The house, detached and with a swimming pool, completely renovated in 2023, overlooks a garden surrounded by a continuous hedge of 'Tuie'. The apartment reserved for you is spacious and bright. You can have breakfast while admiring the sunrise on the terrace or dine with a light breeze in the evening in front of a landscape that opens onto the backdrop of the Prealps. You can lie in the sun in the garden in total privacy, work or study in a pleasant silence. La Radura offers a living room with terrace and a 50” TV. The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and small appliances, pots and dishes. The bathroom is complete with shower, hairdryer and washer-dryer. Two bedrooms: a double and a twin, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk will welcome you for a comfortable rest. The lawn of the garden is equipped with sun loungers, armchairs and grill. To complete, Free WIFI and a reserved parking space in the property's garden. Guest access The space reserved for guests is in a separate building on the property and not far from the family home that we live in. You can access the garden directly by car where you will find the parking space reserved for you. The apartment is on the second floor of the house, so you need to climb stairs. Other things to note La Radura is minutes away from the Italian-Swiss border, 50 minutes by highway from the Milan/Rho Exhibition Center and can also become an excellent base for business operators who, after a day of work, want to relax away from the chaos of the city.
