You will have the opportunity to stay in this ancient stone farmhouse recovered from a peasant house and the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Il Girasole is one of our two apartments arranged on 2 levels, suitable for family stays, able to offer you the best without sacrificing the necessary comforts to make your vacation relaxing and regenerating. You will simply feel at ease, at one with the surrounding environment, pervaded by a regenerating stillness. The space We provide customers with fully independent apartments equipped with all comforts. Shared garden and swimming pool and exclusive access to the entire agriturismo. Specifically, we provide customers with 4 cozy apartments with independent entrances, a common room with exposed stone walls, with a fireplace and satellite TV, a barbecue with a wood-fired oven and a swimming pool with a solarium and a whirlpool area. The Girasole apartment is an apartment on two levels that is accessed from the green and well-kept garden directly to the large open space (room/living room), in which you will be welcomed by the living room and a rustic kitchen, cared for in every detail, and equipped with all the appliances necessary to prepare meals in total autonomy. The living room is spacious and equipped with a 6-seater table in the center of the room, a sofa and TV corner where you can comfortably dine with the family and then relax in front of a good movie while the children play in the surrounding garden. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is made in a rustic style, made with fine finishes, is essential and comfortable, is equipped with a practical shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink cabinet. From the ground floor, where the living area is located, you can access the upper floor where the sleeping area is located. The rooms are spacious and equipped, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. In both bedrooms, you will find fine wooden furniture and a romantic desk corner with a retro flavor, on which you will find it practical to use your PC, use it as a toilet for the most demanding women and in the children's room as a play and reading corner. All you have to do is choose us and look out the windows and large windows to be pervaded by the natural tranquility of the place and the views of the green valleys. A multi-purpose common room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, a large barbecue with a hood and chimney for grilling in company, an old wood-burning oven, the swimming pool (open from June to September 15) is equipped with a hydromassage oasis and a Roman staircase, a solarium with umbrellas and deckchairs and a large gazebo for those who want to shelter from the sun's rays, the entire pool area located at the foot of the farm is surrounded by a green park where you can relax in the shade of the elms. Other things to note Inside the property you will find a small educational farm for children and adults and the "ecological walk", a circular path between plants and brooms, with the possibility of stopping under the large oak tree, to listen to the voices of nature. Hiking is possible along the hilly paths and Monte Nerone where, with qualified guides, you can descend into the numerous caves and climb the walls and ravines. You can also take guided mountain bike tours with the possibility of renting bikes on site. *Heating in winter periods will be added to the cost of the reservation and is a variable cost depending on the period for a maximum of €30 per day to be paid on site.
