It is located on the 1st floor of a historic building and is entirely reserved for guests. The rooms are spacious, bright and super quiet and include: • a large living area with a double sofa bed • a double bedroom • a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob and everything you need for cooking • two bathrooms, one with a large shower • air conditioning and fast WiFi, ideal for remote working Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily walk to the city's main attractions, stroll among the historic buildings, discover typical restaurants and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Trieste. Triangle Square is the perfect starting point for experiencing the city's sea, history and culture. Guest access The apartment is totally reserved for you! Other things to note The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the 1st floor of an historical building with lift. Three flights of stairs are required to access the apartment. The crib/cot is available upon request in advance and is subject to availability. 🏡 CHECK-IN 🕒 Check-in time: from 3 p.m. Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability and must be agreed in advance. Instructions for accessing the apartment will be provided the day before your arrival. 👉 Please provide us with a valid telephone number and notify us of any changes to your arrival time. 📄 Documents & tourist tax At check-in, each guest must present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driving licence). The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights. The following are exempt from payment: minors, residents and those registered with AIRE. 🌿 DURING YOUR STAY Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and carefree stay. If something does not work or is not to your liking during your stay, please contact us immediately: our staff will be happy to help you. 🏠 Please remember that you are staying in a private property: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In winter, keep the temperature at a maximum of 20°C, and in summer at a minimum of 23°C. Do not leave personal items (suitcases, bicycles, etc.) in the common areas. 🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be applied in case of violation. 🎉 Parties and access to unregistered guests are not allowed.
