An ideal house to rest and enjoy a few days of disconnection in the village of the Andrade. Located on an exit stretch of the famous English Way, this accommodation allows you to feel in a remote environment near a natural but central environment in the village of Pontedeume. Just a two-minute drive to the historic center and about a five-minute walk. The space The accommodation has three bedrooms, a toilet, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a terrace. There are two rooms with 1.35 cm beds and another with 1.20 cm beds. The large bathroom has a shower with a screen and is spacious and bright. You can also use a small toilet that only has the toilet and sink.  The kitchen with a ceramic hob also has an electric oven and refrigerator. To facilitate cooking, a microwave is also enabled. This space offers all the necessary utensils for cooking and not having to worry about anything. The spacious living room is very bright and has a large plasma TV screen and comfortable armchairs to rest. Towels, sheets and cleaning products are provided in the kitchen to make the stay more pleasant. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and relaxation. Guest access This apartment is rented in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests. Other things to note This accommodation has heating by electric radiators enabled from November to April.

 Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available in two time slots: a morning and an afternoon slot, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that ranges between 18º and 20º C.

 The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose the hours of operation based on their habits in the home.
