Be right in the middle of it all! Our newly built, cozy guest house is ideal for 2 guests. Only steps from shops, restaurants, breweries, and bars. Enjoy the Riverwalk overlooking Lake Monroe. Perfect for a weekend getaway to Historic Downtown Sanford, but also comfortable for a longer stay. Kitchenette w/ mini fridge, countertop stovetop + microwave. High speed Internet + SmartTV. The space Our guest house is around 450 square feet with a living room/kitchenette combo and private bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, so in case there are any guests using the sofa bed in the living room, please be aware of that! The bedroom has a spacious closet will plenty of hangers and storage. We provide extra bedding and pillows for you or any extra guests (on sofa bed). The kitchenette is small so you will probably not want to cook huge meals here. We do provide a counter stovetop though so you can still cook your eggs in the morning or any small meals you desire. Pots and pans are of course also provided. The mini fridge has a small freezer compartment. Our guest house doesn't have a washer or dryer, so if you are planning on staying longer and need to do laundry you will have to use one of the laundromats around the house. We can recommend a few. There is no outdoor space, we are truly a city home ;) You can park in one of the street bays adjacent to the guest house. We park our own cars there as well and unless there is a big event going on in town, the bays are always available (first come, first served). Feel free to use anything in the home, it is all for you, including shampoos, body lotions, etc. Guest access Our guest house is located right next to our own garage. There is a private entrance door with keypad lock (we provide your own custom code before check in). You will notice a door in the bathroom that leads out into our garage foyer. That door will be locked from the outside so you will not be able to step outside on that side but only through the front door. We also recommend that you lock the bathroom door on your side as well. However, rest assured, we will never open the door from our end and our children know this rule as well ;) We access our a garage a few times a day (we store our bicycles inside) so we might cross paths at some point by the front door.
