HOMAZING is the solution for all your private and professional events Composed of two cottages for 15 people, the Choupinière villa, located just 2 hours from Paris in the PERCHE, is specially designed to celebrate your events The space Composed of two cottages for 15 people, equipped with all the amenities that make HOMAZING a unique experience, the Choupinière villa is an ideal place to create your best memories with friends, family or colleagues. With a living area of 400 m2 on 1.2 hectares of land, you will be seduced by its many services. Villa Choupinière has two cottages. In the first building, you will find a total of 4 bedrooms, each tastefully decorated: • Bedroom 1, upstairs: sleeps 2 – 2 90 x 200 cm single beds; • Bedroom 2, upstairs: sleeps 2 – 2 90 x 200 cm single beds; • Bedroom 3, upstairs: 4 people – 2 single beds 90 x 200, 1 bunk bed 90 x 200; • Bedroom 4, upstairs: 7 people – 1 single bed 90 x 200, 3 bunk beds 90 x 200. You will also have 3 bathrooms (including 2 on the ground floor), as well as 3 toilets (2 on the ground floor), a dining room of 50 m2 and a living room of 50 m2. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen for the reception of all guests: • three large refrigerators; • oven and microwave; • hob; • toaster; • beer machine (to be consumed in moderation of course!); • ice maker; • 3 raclette sets to remind you of the mountains; • 1 dishwasher (to make life easier during XXL meals). Glasses, pans and casseroles… finally everything for the equipment you need! You will also have a perfectly equipped back kitchen to clean, dry and maintain your laundry during the stay. Enough to be impeccable without worrying about stewardship problems! Finally, do you want to enjoy a poker night or board games? Bluffing is invited at Homazing with a room fully equipped for this purpose. And the list doesn't stop there. Indeed, everything is conducive to fun, relaxation and lounging to clear your head. Thus, a second cottage is equipped with a 110 m² living room with: • an air hockey table; • a foosball table; • a dancefloor area with bar, light games and 2x500w sound system. In short, everything is planned to party. Finally, you also have at your disposal a lounge area with sofas and a video projector for your seminars. In this second cottage, a 60 m² sleeping area that can accommodate 15 people is also provided on the ground floor as well as two bathrooms and two toilets. Outside, you have a swimming pool of 8 m X 4 m heated from April to October included, fully secured by a bar cover, and ready to welcome your most beautiful dives. A covered petanque court (balls provided), a volleyball court, as well as a ping-pong table (paddles and balls provided) enhance this sublime 12,000 m² plot. All the amenities have been fully planned for a pleasant relaxing stay: • table and chairs for lunch and dinner; • parasols; • deckchairs; • XXL barbecue for your grilling... Villa Choupinière is located in the town of Choue in the Loire and Cher, south of Paris, 15 minutes from the A11, on the Chartres/Le Mans axis. Thus, you are 2 hours from Paris center (1 hour 15 minutes by train + car), 1 hour from Le Mans, 1 hour from Orleans and 1 hour from Tours. Although isolated (no neighbors within 500 meters), you will have all the amenities within 10 minutes by car: supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bar-tobacconist... Guest access The 400 m2 Choupinière villa and its 13,000 m2 estate are fully privatized. No neighbors within 500 meters and no owners on site. Other things to note Linens and towels are included in the rental price for the exact number of people registered. Any addition will incur an additional charge. However, pool towels are not provided. 1. Check-in: From 5 p.m. Check-in is completely dematerialized. You will access the keys via a key box. The Homazing team will send you the detailed procedure a few days before your arrival. 2. Check-out: Until 11 a.m. on weekdays, and 6 p.m. on Sundays. 3.
