With a living area of 400 m2 on 1.2 hectares of land, you will be seduced by its many services. Villa Choupinière has two cottages. You will find, in the First Building, a total of 4 bedrooms, each tastefully decorated • Bedroom 1, floor: 2 people – 2 single beds 90 x 200 • Bedroom 2, floor: 2 people – 2 single beds 90 x 200 • Bedroom 3, floor: 4 people – 2 single beds 90 x 200, 1 bunk bed 90x200; • Bedroom 4, floor: 7 people – 1 single bed 90 x 200, 3 bunk beds 90x200. You will also have 3 bathrooms (including 2 on the ground floor), as well as 3 toilets (2 on the ground floor), a 50 m2 dining room as well as a 50 m2 living room. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen to welcome all guests: • three large refrigerators • ovens and microwave • cooktop • toaster; • beer machine (to be consumed in moderation of course!) • Ice maker • 3 raclette machines to remind you about the mountain • 1 dishwasher (enough to make life easier on XXL tables). Glasses, pans and casseroles ... finally everything for the equipment you need! You will also have a back kitchen perfectly equipped to clean, dry and maintain your laundry for the duration of the stay. Enough to be impeccable without worrying about stewardship problems! Finally, do you want to enjoy a poker night or board games? The bluff is invited to Homazing with a fully furnished room. And the list doesn't stop there. Indeed, everything is conducive to fun, relaxation and lounging to clear your head. Thus, a second gite is equipped with a living room of 110 m² welcoming: • air hockey • Foosball • a dancefloor area with bar, games of light and 2x500w sound system. In short, everything is planned to party. Finally, you also have at your disposal a lounge area including sofas and a video projector for your seminars. In this second cottage, a sleeping area of 60m² that can accommodate 15 people is also provided on the ground floor as well as two bathrooms and two toilets. Outside, you have an 8m X 4m pool heated from April to October included, fully secured by a bar tarpaulin, and ready to welcome your most beautiful dives. A covered pétanque court (boules provided), a volleyball court, as well as a table tennis table (snowshoes and balls provided) decorate this sublime 12,000 m² lot. All the amenities have been fully planned for a pleasant relaxing stay: • table and chairs for lunch and dinner • umbrellas; • deckchairs; • XXL barbecue for your grills… Villa Choupinière is located in the municipality of Choue in the Loire and Cher commune, south of Paris, 15 minutes from the A11, on the Chartres / Le Mans axis. So, you are 2 hours from central Paris (1h15 by train + car), 1 hour from Le Mans, 1 hour from Orleans and 1 hour from Tours. Although secluded (no neighbors less than 500 meters away), you will have all amenities less than 10 minutes by car: supermarket, bakery, restaurant, tobacco bar... Guest access Villa Choupinière of 400 m2 as well as its 13,000 m2 estate is fully privatized. No neighbors within 500 meters and even less of owner on site. Other things to note Linens and towels are included in the rental price for the exact number of people registered. Any additions will incur additional costs. On the other hand, pool towels are not provided. 1. Check-in: From 5pm. The check is fully dematerialized. You will access the keys via a key box. The Homazing team will send you the detailed procedure a few days before your arrival. 2. Check-out: Until 11am on weekdays, and 6pm on Sunday. 3.
