Antique Home w Private Pond, Sturbridge /Brimfield

Minutes to Sturbridge, great craft breweries, (including TreeHouse), Brimfield Antique Flea Market. Our recently ( and ongoing) renovated 1800s farm house is ready for your next stay. It is quirky and not for perfectionists! Visit nearby Old Sturbridge and its many great shops and restaurants, and nearby State Parks. Plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living rm & big dining room. 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Very easy off/on the highway to be on your way quickly! The space We've hosted rehearsal dinners here, stranded late night travelers, friends of local families for graduations, etc, people whose house was being finished and needed a short stay. Stay for a night or a month. 30 min to Hartford, 1.5 hrs to Boston, 2.5 hrs to NYC. Guest access Full use of the house, except basement (it's an old dirt cellar, no reason to go down there). Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: we are adjacent to Rte 84. So there is traffic noise ! We are still working on the barn and cabins next door - so don't worry if you see activity over there, it's probably one of us!
