Inside, you’ll find three spacious en-suite bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy — two king suites (main level and upstairs) and a lower-level bedroom with two queen beds, ideal for kids or an additional couple. Parking is available directly in front of the home, with a gravel driveway that comfortably accommodates 3–4 vehicles. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for a morning walk or light stroll to enjoy the fresh mountain air. As with any mountain setting, wildlife is part of the natural environment. Deer and, on rare occasions, bears may pass through the area. For everyone’s safety, pets should not be left unattended outdoors or off leash, children should be supervised, and all trash must be securely stored in the designated containers to avoid attracting wildlife. We appreciate your help in keeping the property safe and respectful of the mountain ecosystem. Other things to note • The cabin is located in the North Georgia mountains. Roads are paved and accessible, though naturally winding. AWD/4WD is recommended only during rare winter weather events. • Wildlife is part of mountain living. Deer are common, and bears occasionally pass through the area. For everyone’s safety, pets must remain leashed, children supervised outdoors, and all trash securely stored in the designated outdoor containers. • The main deck is mostly fenced, offering added peace of mind for families and pets; however, pets should not be left unattended outdoors. • Pets must be disclosed prior to booking. We allow up to two dogs with prior approval and an associated pet fee. Weight restrictions apply. Dogs only (no cats). Additional pet guidelines will be shared after booking. • Firewood is provided for the outdoor fireplace and fire pit. Guests should bring their own fire starter (available locally). • Outdoor trash cans are installed on the property. If they become full during your stay, please notify us so we can arrange prompt pickup. • Grocery and essentials are easily accessible. Both Walmart and Ingles have locations in Blue Ridge and Ellijay, and Walmart offers local delivery. Please note: Amazon does not deliver directly to the cabin address (only to PO boxes at the base of the mountain). • We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and neighboring properties to preserve the peaceful nature of the area. • If anything is not as expected upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can address it during your stay.
