Accommodation use *This accommodation is not allowed to cook (microwave, electric kettle available) *Please wear the provided indoor slippers indoors.  * Please lock the windows and doors when going out.  *We are not responsible for any safety accidents or lost items caused by the guest's negligence.  * Please open only the window with the insect screen installed. If you leave a window without a mosquito net, insects and bugs can flow into the room, and refunds due to this are not permitted.  *This accommodation is not cookable (microwave, electric kettle available) *Please use the provided microwave and electric kettle * You can watch kt wired broadcasting and go to Netflix YouTube directly with Smart TV (click the remote control/use it after connecting to your account and be sure to log out when you leave)  * Please use the boiler as it is set. It is set to provide hot water. *Air conditioner remote control is available from May to September   *Please wash the dishes, dispose of garbage, and organize when you leave (dispose of leftover food in the food bin, put recyclables in the recycling bin, and put general garbage in a garbage bag and tie it up) *Please turn off all indoor lights, boiler air conditioners, etc. when leaving. *Osori Mansion is located in a quiet residential area, and other rooms are occupied by general residents. In order not to damage the neighbors, high-pitched and loud noises are absolutely prohibited after 10pm.  *In case of damage, contamination or loss of all indoor and outdoor items and furniture, you will be responsible for reimbursement, and recovery and replacement costs and business interruption costs will be charged together.  *Please tell the manager immediately if there is any damage or contamination. Prohibitions Please read carefully and note that in case of violation, immediate forced eviction and compensation for damages will be claimed for the safety and prevention of all guests and Osulloc Mansion staff.  *Smoking indoors and outside the building (If the fire alarm, carbon dioxide detector, or automatic diffusion burner is activated due to smoking, you will be forced to leave without a refund) * Events and parties are prohibited. * No food or drink on the sofa and in the bedroom (laundry and replacement costs will be charged if the sofa and bedding are contaminated)  * Dishes with strong smells and smoke that may cause fire (pork belly, barbecue, grilled fish, seafood, fried foods using oil, etc.) are not allowed. * Arbitrarily moving furniture in the accommodation (only chairs can be moved)  * No dyeing at the accommodation (in case of contamination of bedding, towels, bathroom tiles, and sinks, a fee will be charged) *No outside visits and stays other than 4 people. Outside visitors other than the number of people reserved are prohibited from entering the accommodation. * No photography, commercial photography without prior agreement is prohibited for commercial use * No pets allowed.
