This home is perfect for large groups and offers ample space to spread out. On the first floor, be welcomed into the open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The formal dining table seats 10. The kitchen dining table seats six, and the kitchen has four bar stools. Before heading up the dual staircases, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The primary bedroom provides plenty of space and features a king bed with a sitting area that has a desk and a queen sofa pullout. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and tub. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Heading up the dual staircase, you have a second living room. The second floor has five bedrooms. The first 3 rooms have a king-size bed. The other 2 rooms are bunk rooms, one with 2 queens over 2 queens and one with 2 doubles over 2 doubles. All rooms have an ensuite bath with walk-in showers. On the ground floor, you have an additional family room with a ping pong table. Make sure to bring your own clubs to take the brand new golf simulator for a spin.
