The space This thoughtfully designed and fully equipped home is fitted with all you need for an enjoyable getaway and can host up to five discerning guests. Set against a backdrop of whispering Pohutakawa trees, this modern and picturesque property offers a tranquil and peaceful environment allowing you to slow down and unwind. The house boasts an open-plan living area which opens onto a beautiful large deck with a calming vista and rural outlook through the trees. This is a lovely spot to relax, reflect and listen to the bird song or enjoy a beverage after a day of activity and exploring the region. There are three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own direct access to the deck and lawn. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and one bedroom with a single bed, making it suitable for a small family or group of friends. There is a full bathroom with a shower, a separate second toilet and a well-equipped laundry. There is ample secure and lockable storage space for bikes, boards etc. A leisurely and scenic 300-meter stroll along a private track leads you to the black sandy shores of Ōakura Beach. Conveniently close to all the local amenities, feel the vibrant pulse of the village where local cafes and restaurants serve delicious bites and freshly brewed coffee, while artisan shops showcase the creative talents of our community members. There are tennis courts within walking distance, a playground, a skate park, nature walks and surf breaks, plenty to explore! Comfort and nature converge here to offer the perfect escape for beach lovers, nature enthusiasts and intrepid adventurers alike. Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire home and secure lockable storage for bikes, surfboards and more. Other things to note CLEANING FEE There is a cleaning fee of $100 in addition to the nightly rate. Linen and essentials provided. Well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and body wash.
