A magnificent Edwardian country house, Persie is set in the glorious Highland Perthshire countryside surrounded by its own farm and estate. Its winding salmon river and backdrop of the majestic Persie hills make it the ideal hideaway. Situated on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park at the entrance to Glenshee, it is a wonderful holiday location for large groups and families. Weddings - we are happy to discuss requirements. See further details on the Persie House website. The space Persie is 3 miles north of Bridge of Cally and only 15 minutes from Blairgowrie at the entrance to the Cairngorms & Glenshee. The property can host up to 24 guests, comprising 4x super-king, 1x king, 4x twin, 1x single bedrooms and a dormitory with 5 single beds. There are 7 full bathrooms, 4 of which have showers. The property is on three floors. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, aga, hob, microwave and all the relevant utensils etc. There is a large kitchen table suitable for 6 adults. There is a large dining room suitable for 18. A large games room including table tennis table, table football and mini snooker. A cosy study with armchairs, fire and TV. Excellent WiFi speed of 50-60 Mbps for working and streaming. Boot room; for coats and wellies. Kennels for dogs, please no dogs inside the house. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the surrounding estate and countryside but please keep children under control and dogs on leads. Other things to note Please note: - We ask that dogs are kept either in the dog kennels provided. No dogs in the house please. - The house grounds sits amongst a working farm.
