Perfect for families, friends, and pet lovers, this cozy Pocono escape blends comfort with adventure. Just minutes from waterparks, hiking, breweries, wineries, and ski resorts. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled great room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a gas fireplace for cozy evenings. The open layout connects the living room, dining room (seating for 8), and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for group meals and game nights. A first-floor bedroom and full bath make the home accessible for guests with limited mobility, while upstairs you’ll find three additional queen bedrooms, plus in-home laundry for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy a large sun deck with lounge seating and dining for 8, charcoal and gas grill, a fire pit for stargazing nights, and even a hammock for lazy afternoons. With fast WiFi (454 Mbps), you can stay connected, whether streaming movies or checking in with work. Arrowhead Lake offers 3 seasonal heated pools, 4 sandy beaches, a community lodge with billiards, fitness room, and year-round events. In every season, there’s something to do: skiing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder or hiking in Hickory Run. Bring your kayak to go out on the lake or in season, walk to Minisink pool! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note ADDITIONAL GUESTS, FEES AND REGISTRATION: Registration Required: All guests and vehicles must be pre-registered with Arrowhead Lake Community. Your Airbnb booking will include the community fees (car, registration, and temporary membership). Please provide guest names, ages, and car info 7–10 days prior to arrival. Late submissions may delay or prevent entry. Check-In/Out: You may enter the community at 10 AM on arrival day to enjoy amenities, but the home is available at 3 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. You must check-in before 10PM on your day of arrival. Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed with pre-approval and $100 one time pet fee per visit. Pets must be on a leash in the community, they may not be left unattended inside the home and waste must be cleaned up to avoid extra charges. Parking: Two driveways with space for up to 5 vehicles. Fire Pit: May be subject to township burn bans. Guests must comply with local safety regulations. Split wood is available on site. Parties & Smoking: No parties or fireworks allowed. Smoking indoors will result in a $200 fee. Responsible outdoor smoking is permitted. Community Amenities: Pools are open mid-June through Labor Day. Hours and seasonal offerings are managed by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and may be subject to change. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.
