The Gulf of Mexico is just steps from your door — Accessibility: The penthouse is located on the fourth floor of a condominium building and is easily accessible via an elevator and stairs. While issues are rare, temporary outages can happen, so guests should be able to use the stairs if needed. Elevator service is controlled and maintained by the condo association and is not guaranteed. The host is not responsible for elevator service interruptions. - This is a strict NO SMOKING UNIT. Other things to note Before you book, we'd like to share a few key points to ensure our property is the perfect fit for your needs: 1. **No pool on-site**: While we don't have a pool in our complex, we are situated right on the beach, offering you direct access to the pristine waters of Crystal Beach. 2. **Beach service**: From March 1st to October 31st, we provide complimentary beach service, which includes two comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella to enhance your beach experience. 3. **BBQ Area**: We have a shared barbecue grilling area near the waterfront, so you can enjoy a cookout with a view. 4. **Accessibility**: Our condo is located on the fourth floor of the building, which is accessible via an elevator and stairs. 5. **Additional sleeping space**: Apart from the king bed in the master bedroom, we have twin bunks in the living area suitable for children or extra guests. 6. **Smoke-free environment**: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the condo. 7. **Service and support**: We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service. We are always available to assist with any questions or recommendations throughout your stay. 8. **Parking**. Parking for one regular size vehicle per one-bedroom unit with parking pass. Overflow and oversize vehicles, (RVs & boats) directly across the street... All free ;) Parking pass will be provided. Washer and dryer in unit.
