Located in the mid-century neighborhood of Twin Palms, Hygge is a Danish word often used to acknowledge a feeling or moment, whether alone or with friends, ordinary or extrodinary as cosy, charming or special. My goal for your visit to this retreat is to have each guest feeling calm,content and comfortable during their stay. The home features 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the main level and a third bedroom ensuite in an upstairs casita accessed by an exterior set of stairs. City ID# 4672 The space Amenites include private saltwater pool & spa, outdoor fireplace and Weber bbq grill both fueld by natural gas. Sonos sound system in main house. Interior is tailored without being fussy. Well appointed kitchen featuring Bosch, Subzero and Bertazzoni appliances. Other things to note Optional pool/spa heating surcharge of $25 per day November through May. Stays over 28 days, host pays $100 towards utilities and guest is responsible for difference for gas/electric. Stays over 28 days include housekeeping service every other week.
